Latin America. Within the framework of the TecnoEdificiosCongress, for the first time, the trajectory and competitiveness of companies dedicated to Facility Management services will be rewarded. It should be noted that competitiveness can be evaluated from the bets of projects that promote sustainability. In turn, the award seeks to evaluate the implementation of socially responsible actions that contribute to the environment and the economy and that enhance leadership and organizational culture.
The organizers of the congress argued in relation to the LATAM TECNOEDIFICIOS SHOW AWARD 2022 that: "Taking into account the thematic axis of this year: Do you work on sustainability, leadership and implement technological advancement in your company? We seek to answer the question: How are they leading sustainable projects in the environment and what is the social responsibility of these projects? In the Property Management industry, the working models can no longer be the same as before. It is a new approach that encompasses different key aspects to project more competitive companies".
Contest parameters
The call is open throughout Latin America.
A sustainable project is understood as all projects that have a positive impact on reducing energy consumption, waste management, reducing single-use plastics, reducing emissions. In addition to the decrease in costs.
Each participating entity/company may compete with only one project.
The materials sent to participate in the Contest may be freely used by the organization for the purposes of promotion and dissemination of the same.
The projects must be oriented to the area of real estate services (administration).
The winning company of LATAM TecnoEdificios Show Award 2022 will be chosen among the three finalists through virtual voting through the website www.tecnoedificios.com
