NH Hoteles looks for the snapshots that best show the moment when things start, get going, a wake up moment, and does so through the first international photo contest on Instagram. The hotel chain already launched in January a Spanish edition of this contest for users of the social network for Iphone and captured up to 600 photographs that poetized about the beginning of new projects, new ideas, new cycles ... He also exhibited, in the first offline exhibition of Instagram photographs, the best 30 creations in Madrid's five-star NH Palacio de Tepa.
Through the microsite www.wakeuppics.com NH Hoteles has wanted to extend the "Wake Up Pics" contest to the international arena and launches, all over the world, to hunt and capture the most moving and poetic snapshots from June 17 to July 15.
The "Igers" (Instagram users, fans of sharing photographs and attending events in which they publicize their works) will have the opportunity to present their creations and opt for the prizes offered by the hotel chain, among which are: 2 NH Selection packs and 4 "NH Getaway" packs, among others. NH Hoteles will collaborate closely for the dissemination of this contest with the international platform Instagramers.
Later, the chain will reproduce this exhibition of images captured with the mobile in one of its Berlin establishments.
In accordance with its slogan: "Wake Up to a Better World", a positioning focused on the customers, staff and environment of NH Hoteles, the chain wanted to look for new, active and committed beginnings in the leading social network.
