However, they always end up being mechanical questions and with limitations to understand certain words and expressions of the users if it is not well trained.
As for the Facility Management sector, ChatGPT can be used to automate many routine tasks and processes. ChatGPT can be used to process requests, classify them and if integrated with more systems can even execute them.
