The company Cuatroochenta (480), with its brands FAMA and Checking Plan, are the sponsors of the CALA AWARDS for the Most Innovative Management Project 2024, an award that will be presented within the framework of the TecnoEdificios Mexico Congress, which will be held on October 9 and 10 at the World Trade Center in Mexico City.
The CALA AWARDS, organized by Building Management, seek to recognize new Facility Management projects and management models that are innovative and impact the improvement of operation and maintenance processes, as well as improve work practices and people's well-being.
Cuatroochenta is a technology company specialized in developing and implementing digital, cloud and cybersecurity solutions to improve the performance of organizations.
Its FAMA brand is a technological platform for the comprehensive management of assets and infrastructures, aimed at the optimization of companies and public administrations.
Its brand Checking Plan is a software for the management of Facility Services that allows you to optimize all kinds of services such as tasks, schedules, forms, access control, among others.
The members of Cuatroochenta will also be part of the qualifying jury of the nominated projects.

Among the technical aspects that the submitted projects must have are the following:
* Maintenance management: Projects to improve services and operations within the facilities, taking into account energy, sustainability, and/or service aspects.
* Quality management and continuous improvement tools: Projects that allow process optimization, efficiency and performance monitoring in the management of facilities to be achieved. These tools ensure compliance with the different service quality standards.
* Technology services (computerized maintenance management system) and mobile applications: Projects that implemented technologies to solve the specific requirements and needs of a facility (management, operation, maintenance, renovation, services). Through the platform, the client's processes and efficient and timely responses to any requirement are guaranteed.
