Many tourists and business travelers look for transportation options, car rental and accommodation through the Internet due to the good prices and the ease with which it is handled in network. But as we all know the Internet can do anything and there are many hotels that show a "palace" on their website and are something else very different in reality.
The important thing about the Internet is not to reflect luxury and comfort or focus on how to compete with other hotels in its class, but to show the areas, services and amenities that can really serve users, whether for pleasure or business.Searching the net and finding luxurious hotels, with spectacular images of restaurants, dinners, common areas and, above all, rooms is ideal, but it is better to know that what you see on the screen corresponds to reality and that I as a guest can enjoy it, otherwise it is preferable to be clear and always speak with the truth: give the user the necessary elements to choose from.
It is not good to raise the expectations of customers with misleading advertising and then cause them a disappointment and allow them to have a hard time, that combination of contradictory sensations is deadly for the hotel.
Perhaps for some of you the ranking that appears on search pages such as kayak, take off, travelocity and especially trip advisor may not be ideal, but for those who search it is a very good way to find what best suits your budget and, of course, your tastes and needs.
The ratings and comments of users on these sites contribute to the pages of each establishment. Let's be sure that if someone has received a good review of your hotel the first thing they will do is search for it on Google, check the hotel's website, go to the virtual communities and verify that everything is real.
A hotel gains followers for its good service, cleanliness and above all for its sincerity and good customer service.
