Colliers International underpins its direction. The real estate consultancy has appointed Esperanza de Justo as the company's director of business development within the company's growth framework.

The board had previously worked in the sector managing real estate operations such as the sale of the Commercial Premises Puerta del Sol 5 in Madrid to the Thor Equities fund, the joint venture between Inmoglaciar and Aquila Capital or the sale of the Pau Claris 79 building in Barcelona.

The consulting firm Colliers International is specialized in advising the real estate and hotel sector. With a presence in 69 countries, the company is made up of 15,400 professionals and generates an annual turnover of 2,400 million euros.

The consultancy was integrated in the past with the Spanish Irea with the aim of competing with other large consultancies such as Cbre, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank or Savills Aguirre Newman.
