      Details     22 October 2018          ![](https://www.gerenciadeedificios.com/images/stories/GDE/users/sjaramillo1/cargo.jpg)*International.* The real estate consultancy CBRE has added Francisco Javier Martín Sánchez to its team to occupy the position of project management director of the industrial and logistics area of CBRE.

From this position he will lead the activity of development of new logistics and industrial projects, offering his clients a 360º service of the entire portfolio of Architecture and PJM services, from the conceptualization and design of the products, project phase, bidding and contracting of the construction as well as the traditional services of PJM & monitoring during the development of the product.

Martín Sánchez holds a degree in Technical Engineering in Public Works from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a Master's Degree in Purchasing Management from the ICIL Foundation. He has more than ten years of experience designing and leading policies within the real estate sector, as well as in the areas of Facility Management and Procurement. Among his professional career, Francisco Javier was Director of Procurement & Real Estate Iberia at XPO Logistics and Project Manager in Civil Design at ABB, among others.
