The theme that will be discussed in this opportunity is: "Competencies and Skills that you must have to perform with excellence". The challenges that this new decade 2020 presents us makes the professionals in charge of managing the spaces, identify and recognize those areas of knowledge necessary for the optimal performance of their daily functions and the skills to execute it with excellence, achieving as a result exceed expectations and achieve the satisfaction of the people who occupy them and at the same time achieving a significant reduction in operating costs. Facility Manager 2020, is a series of courses that APAFAM will offer to professionals in the modality of Directed Training in Facility Management.
