According to data reported by the IMSS, one year after the prohibition of outsurcing, the reform has benefited 3 million workers, who, according to the Bank of Mexico, changed employers and immediately began to receive a base salary of contributions (SBC) higher than the rest of the insured, going from 506 to 573 pesos on average. This is due to the fact that supply chains in recent years have been strongly impacted: labor reform, technology, the lack of trained operational personnel and the social changes derived from the pandemic, are examples of this. These factors have created a scenario in which business activities require greater professionalism and much more flexible employee-employer relationships.
