From this year the Chocolate Figures Contest will take the name of Great Contest of Pastry and Artistic Figures of Latin American Chocolate "Copa Maya" National Final, This year two figures will be made, one of chocolate and the other of sugar, where there will be three participants who will work on pastry, pastries and chocolate, with ingredients such as chocolates and fruits among others. The theme of the contest is free for participants.
