      Details     15 February 2008           The chain of 190 high-scale hotels has launched a new restaurant concept: Flying spoons. The result of a study of the eating habits of its guests over three years, the restaurant is partly a European-style café and partly an American café. The expansion of the "fast casual" concept has become the new "hip casual" segment. Thus, Embassy Suites adjusts to the changing needs of its guests by offering a variety of fresh and convenient dishes for various schedules: from hasty food to smaller and more frequent dishes. The restaurants will be located in the lobbies of the hotels and will share the space with the complimentary breakfasts prepared by order and the reception, with a reduced area. The first show will open in late 2008 at the Jackson-North/Ridgeland, Mississippi property.     ###  No comments
