      Details     15 February 2008           Last November, under the name Cultural Food Expo/New York, the Events Kosherfest, Expo Comida Latina and All Asia Food were held jointly at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. More than 10,000 professional attendees attended the exhibition of more than 700 companies that presented the latest developments in food, beverages and equipment from more than twenty countries. The event showed the trend of kosher cuisine to incorporate popular flavors in the non-kosher world, as well as the preference for organic and all-natural products, without sodium or preservatives.      ###  No comments
