The opening of the Sax Chicago hotel in mid-March sought to bring hundreds of guests and members of the press closer to the proposal installed in what was formerly the House of Blues hotel. A playground for tech-savvy travelers, this is how this place is defined that has Microsoft technology installed on the sixteen floors of the building, as part of a pilot project of the firm. The center of attraction is called The Studio-Experience by Microsoft, a small meeting and entertainment room adorned with luxurious contemporary décor and conditioned with a pair of Xbox 360 game consoles, HP laptops, Zune portable players and a "technology butler" that gives instructions to play in "Guitar Hero III" or watch videos on the Zune. On the other hand, the two presidential suites of the property have two discreet contact screens, which allow you to dim the lights, change the temperature and play ambient music throughout the enclosure, without having to get out of bed thanks to a remote control installed there, according to the coverage of the local newspaper Chicago Tribune.
