      Details     15 April 2011          ![alt](http://www.gerenciadeedificios.com/images/stories/GHR/Noticias/starwood-incrementara-su-presencia-en-america-latina.jpg)The multinational chain Starwood Hotels & Resorts confirmed that in Latin America during 2011 it has 15 hotel projects for the next four years under the brands Sheraton, Westin, Aloft, Luxury Collection, Saint Regis and two W that are already in operation.

This was confirmed by Frits van Paasschen, CEO and President of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, in an interview published in Americaeconomia.com, in which he assured that Latin America is a region where many opportunities will arise in the future.

During this year, in the Starwood region will open six new hotels and during the next few years they will open three more, for in 2015 the chain will have 77 hotels in this territory.
