Similarly, the occupancy record suffered an improvement of 2.9% during that month. When consolidating the information for the first two months of the year, the institution revealed that the percentage of hotel occupancy stood at 53.2% for an increase of 4.4%. In addition to the above, when taking the results of the last twelve months, real income increased by 8.9% compared to the same period of the immediately previous year, period during which the increase was 4.8%. On the other hand, the report made a characterization of the type of guests who stayed during the month of February in the different establishments of the country.
