The complex named Roble Corporate Center, will be a smart building with high quality standards. In addition, it will be built on a plot of 2,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 30,975 square meters. It will have 13 levels and 6 basements for parking. The profitable useful area will be 13,286 square meters distributed over 12 levels of offices. The property will also be connected to the Hotel Real Intercontinental Santo Domingo, also developed by Grupo Roble.
