 **More than 40 suppliers from the hotel and restaurant sector in Colombia** will be part of a complete commercial exhibition that will be accompanied by a quality academic agenda. Simultaneously, two fairs related to the market will be held: Retail & Point of Sale 2012 and Bakery and Pastry 2012.Technical conferences will be offered with free admission for the public and professionals of the guild and **a varied agenda of activities has been prepared** that will allow potential customers to approach through their senses to products and services related to food, beverages, equipment, endowment, construction and decoration, technology and security.

There will be tastings, tastings, learn shops, among other activities scheduled **to demonstrate the new trends in the sector** before the entrepreneurs of the industry.
