It is designed for business tourism, it was also built with the intention that the students of the university carry out professional practices related to hotel service.

The Holiday Inn Express has 100 rooms equipped with LCD screens, coffee makers, safe, high-speed Internet access and local calls and free national access, iron and ironing board, telephone with voice message service, among other amenities.
