With six floors and 141 rooms inside, the hotel became the only one in the city that can be accessed both by land and river. Located in front of the bahia Grande de Nordelta jetty, the development features a spa, a health, aesthetic and wellness center, a 24-hour fitness center, dry and wet sauna, and a terrace with solarium. In addition, its meeting room has capacity for up to 250 people in conference format, or 200 guests for weddings or social events. At the gastronomic level, it offers two spaces: its Root restaurant with international cooking and the B76 lounge bar, on the hotel's terrace. Each room offers free Wi-Fi, LED cable TV, safe, minibar, Jacuzzi and a free newspaper. "Famous for its culture, customs, geography and gastronomy, Argentina continues to be a favorite destination for international travelers and a key market for Wyndham," said Paulo Pena, president and CEO of Wyndham Hotel Group in Latin America and the Caribbean. The addition of its luxury brand complements its current portfolio of 34 hotels in the country, many of them under the Howard Johnson brand. The company in charge of operating the property will be AADESA, with a portfolio of 13 properties under its management and assets of more than U$S 100 million. In this regard, its president Artuvo Navarro said: "As a hotel management company we benefit greatly from the distribution and marketing that working with this global leader gives us." The inclusion of Nordelta's Wyndham in its portfolio represents the first luxury, five-star hotel managed by the company. - Publicidad - Luis Mirabelli, vice president of development for Wyndham Hotel Group in Latin America and the Caribbean, added: "We are confident that Argentina will continue to be an important market in the region with great potential for further hotel developments." Wyndham Hotel Group has more than 7,700 properties and more than 150 hotels in Latin America and the Caribbean.
