      Details     05 August 2007           The Hi/Shear® 1562 magnetic lock, semi-hidden, incorporates the shroud lock with 2000 pounds of containment force, plus a clamp on the surface mount armature. Installation on the secure side of a glass, hollow metal or wooden door eliminates the possibility of violations and the need for the top rail on glass doors. It features a 12 to 24 VDC sensor input, static sensor and door alignment to ensure quiet and reliable operation, vertical and lateral alignment adjustment, and a floating armature to facilitate its removal and counteract wide spaces.
