# [ Thermostat](https://www.gerenciadeedificios.com/en/news/new-technologies/385-other/11424-thermostat.html "Thermostat")

      Details 17 March 2015 **Honeywell**

![alt](https://www.gerenciadeedificios.com/images/stories/ACR/Productos/Termostato_HoneywellWEB.jpg)The thermostats of the Honeywell T7350HY line distributed by Security and Control are programmable, so it operates the air conditioning equipment automatically, with pre-established temperature ranges. The air will work under a strict working schedule to give an adequate temperature without any person having to manipulate it, optimizing the use of energy.

The thermostat has the 7 energy saving strategies: time control, access key, vacancy set point, optimal start and stop algorithm, communicable to be centrally managed and connection for a motion sensor.

Likewise, it controls the economizing gate, allowing to inject air from the outside and evacuating the return, stopping compressors or closing the ice water valve, under the condition that the outside air is equal to the air temperature of the discharge.

This equipment has a self-contained humidity sensor, and 5 algorithms to dehumidify, allowing to manipulate the air conditioning equipment to lower the humidity without having to spend on extra equipment.

It has local keyboard for configuration, ideal for commercial and industrial buildings, available in two models, for ice water handling units: T7350H1017 and for direct expansion units 4 stages of cold 3 heat: T7350H1009.
