Sergio G. Rosarios, is an Argentine who to continue his passion for the hotel industry migrated to Ecuador five years ago to serve as the General Manager of the Hotel Oro Verde Guayaquil. He has a professional heritage that comes from his grandfather and father, who passed on to him an exceptional vocation for the industry. Sergio has a degree in Business Administration and a master's degree in Hotel Management in the United States, his experience began in a family business, a hotel founded by his grandfather in 1946. His life is full of stories, both personal and work which have allowed him to realize many of his dreams. For our professional, a hotel is a small city that brings together the virtues and defects of the people who make up a society, therefore you must have a good team of collaborators and structured practices to offer your guests and visitors all the services as they need them. In Ecuador, the hospitality industry has improved especially in service and education, in addition important investments have been made, however, although in general the tourism industry has grown, there are certain unknowns and challenges regarding the issue of laws and the impact that the price of oil will have on tourism, corporate travel and hotels.
Today, at 41 years old, Sergio is married to Romina and they have an eight-month-old son, Germán Felipe, named after his father, grandfather and great-grandfather and whom he defines as "his whole".
