The construction of a Hard Rock hotel in Aruba has already been confirmed by the Minister of Tourism of that country, Otmar Oduber. The new property will be located from the ruins of the Bushire hotel and will offer 310 rooms.
The Government of Aruba is committed to this four-star hotel as an incentive to the demand for tourism on the island; the building will have a total of 28,619 square meters and will be seven floors.
The establishment will also include a 1000 square meter training center and a casino. The project policy also includes donating five miles for community development plans and beach improvement in the sector.
"The Hard Rock Hotel will ensure the development of the entire area and create new opportunities for Aruba's tourism industry," said Minister Otmar Oduber.
The Aruba Hotel & Casino is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2014.
