Argentina. The Secretary of Public Works of the national government, Daniel Chaín, confirmed to El Litoral the decision to fix the building to move offices that are now rented in the city. One of them would be the Afip.
The decision has already been made. Neither the Municipal Lyceum nor the Public Prosecutor's Office of the provincial Prosecution. The national government decided to take charge of the restoration of the Argentine Post Office building, under the administration of State Assets (ABE), to move there some of its offices that today operate in the city in rented buildings. One of them is the Federal Administration of Public Revenue (Afip), which today develops its activities in Salta at 2700.
The Secretary of Public Works of the national government, Daniel Chaín, confirmed the news to El Litoral, the same one that days ago had let transcend the mayor José Corral: "The National State is renting in Santa Fe a quantity of goods having a building like this that has a high quality of architectural design, and that unfortunately is not in good condition, but doing the works would allow us to concentrate offices of its management within the capital of the province, "he explained.
In this way, a double objective would be met: to recover a patrimonial asset in the city and to generate an economy to the national State by disaffected the rental of other buildings when that of the Post Office is in conditions.
