Peru. During this year, the outsourcing market of services will move more than U$ 600 million, which represents 5% more compared to 2017. These figures show that, in Peru, the outsourcing business continues to be a strategic ally.
In the country, eight out of ten organizations opt for outsourcing, and in doing so, 90% of them become more productive. This according to the Association of Outsourcing and Temporary Work Companies of Peru (AETT-Peru. Year 2015).
Faced with this context, the EULEN Peru Group announced that so far in 2018 it has obtained a growth of 10%, projecting by the end of the year to reach a double-digit increase compared to 2017. This result will be obtained by implementing new commercial strategies for their service portfolios and thus generate added value for their clients.
In the case of Security, this division is committed to growing within the electronic field; considering that technology is currently the main focus within this sector. Likewise, in the case of Logistics, in the middle of the second year, activities will begin in the interior of the country in Arequipa and Tacna, from the opening of warehouses within these areas. In addition, we will work on customized solutions, according to the needs of each client in order to achieve, next year, 8% of the logistics market.
In addition to the above, the EULEN Peru Group plans new projects for its different lines of business such as cleaning, maintenance, auxiliary services, gardening, facility management, facility services and temporary work. "The outsourcing market today is very competitive and as such we have to be in constant innovation. There are about 15 participating companies that move this sector, most of them foreign. In addition, 300 of these are informal organizations, especially in services such as maintenance," said Rodrigo Yépez, General Manager of the EULEN Peru Group.
Likewise, the executive mentioned that among the services with the highest demand are the selection of personnel and administration of payroll, food, personal security, cleaning, among others. For example, of the annual budget, the mining sector allocates up to 20% to these services, while retail, education and mass consumption approximately 10%.
Today the EULEN Peru Group has more than 300 top-level customers throughout the country. In 2018, this number increased by 10% through tenders and direct requests from companies.
