Thanks to the good tourist moment and the growth of business trips that Latin America is going through, and particularly Colombia, the renowned Marriott hotel chain has set its eyes on the city of Medellín, a Colombian town that has been specializing in the segment of corporate travel, events and congresses.
Marriott already has three more properties in the country and hopes to complete four with its arrival in what is known as "the city of eternal spring."
The goal is to build a large tower of 23 floors high, with 221 rooms and fully equipped to meet the needs of all types of visitors, from tourists traveling for pleasure to corporate, without neglecting the level in any of the segments. Precisely to meet the requirements of the latter group, the hotel will be fully equipped with areas and tools that facilitate the work of business travelers and executives.
Marriott Medellín will also have movie theaters and a varied offer of restaurants to adapt to the tastes of domestic and international audiences.
