A new agreement that promises to open five new hotel establishments in Chile was signed by the Spanish chain Meliá Hotels International, the investment will be executed by a group of private entrepreneurs headed by the Armas group.
For the first time the Innside by Meliá brand arrives in the Americas, this is another example of the rapid growth that the firm has shown with this brand, especially in the international context.
This year the company plans to open 14 new properties in Europe, Middle Oroente and Latin America. The first of the projects in the latter region will be executed in Santiago de Chile, will be the Innside Santiago and will be located on Bucharest Street in Providencia, it is expected to open its doors in 2014.
According to a statement issued recently, Gabriel Escarrer, vice president and CEO of Meliá Hotels International, the hotel group expresses its enthusiasm for establishing itself in Chile with the help of a group "solvent and powerful, which complements and offers the best guarantee to develop this ambitious project".
