Aloft Bogotá Airport and Aloft San José (Costa Rica), have just received the Certificate of Excellence 2013 granted by TripAdvisor, the largest travel website in the world, which exalts outstanding hospitality, through the positive opinions it receives permanently from guests.
This recognition is granted to only 10% of the businesses registered on TripAdvisor, thanks to the ratings issued by millions of travelers, who visit the page every month and record their comments for free.
To earn the Certificate of Excellence, registered properties must have a standard score between 4 and 5 points, which is obtained from the feedback of TripAdvisor travelers. Those registered on the web, must have a seniority of 12 months in their profile to participate.
"This award recognizes the quality service offered by Aloft Bogotá Airport, and shows our differentiating concept that has allowed us to make a difference with the national hotel industry," said Marilia Pérgola, general manager of the Aloft Bogotá Airport hotel.
Paul Downey, general manager of the hotel in Costa Rica said: "Aloft San Jose woke up today with very good news, nothing better than that. Our team of collaborators is proud to receive a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor, because we always strive to surprise our customers with details and generate a memorable experience for them. This award attests to this: our hard work translates into positive reviews on TripAdvisor."
"TripAdvisor is pleased to celebrate the success of businesses around the world, from Sydney to Chicago and from Sao Paulo to Rome, who invariably offer a formidable service to TripAdvisor travellers," said Alison Copus, Vice President of Marketing, TripAdvisor for Business. "The Certificate of Excellence gives establishments around the world with the best results a well-deserved recognition for the comments of those who matter most to them: their customers.
