According to an analysis by Adecco Outsoursing, 93.7% of the companies that participated in the study have resorted to outsourcing services. Some of the sectors that do it the most are industrial, logistics and food.
According to the Adecco Group's dependence, outsourcing consists of delegating the management of certain activities to third parties, activities that do not mean the company's business purpose. This process, according to Adecco, improves business performance, transforms fixed costs into variables and allows access to specialized technologies offering competitive development compared to other companies in the sector.
Eight out of ten companies consulted by the company in the IV Adecco Outsourcing Survey on Outsourcing said they were satisfied with this type of business dynamic.
Outsoursing has grown because of the global economic crisis; 81.15% of companies using outsourcing said that they will maintain or increase the demand for this type of services in their company. Between 2012 and 2013 the demand for outsourcing has grown by 14%, which demonstrates the confidence that entrepreneurs have in this work methodology.
In more than four out of ten companies surveyed, outsourcing services have increased in recent years by 41.36%. In 42.41% of the cases, the number of services contracted has increased and in 57.59% the volume of outsourced turnover.
Despite the economic crisis, only 18.85% of companies have dispensed with outsourced services. The study also indicates that the two main reasons why a company does not resort to this type of service are the culture of the company and ignorance.
