In that sense, Giannoni, referring to trends and what companies are looking for, told the Peruvian Press that more and more the entrepreneur who rents or buys offices has much more knowledge of the market offer and that is what really impacts his business. That is why the tendency to use materials that save energy, common spaces that offer you meeting rooms, dining rooms, etc. that allow you to occupy less space within your office, make the difference, since these characteristics directly impact the economy and the well-being of the worker.
For his part, when commenting on the most important characteristics, he said that the common areas are an important and determining factor at this time. Adding to this having the infrastructure and equipment that save you the implementation and maintenance of your office.
"Entrepreneurs look for in their offices that allow them to develop their activities comfortably, that they are offices with a corporate character which provide a plus in the service they provide," noted the executive.
