On the company's board of directors, 5 out of 8 executives are women. In addition, Eulen Colombia has 2,724 employees throughout the country, of which 1,932 are women (70.9%), a figure that contributes to the construction of a more inclusive and diverse work environment in the Facility Management sector.
According to data revealed by the National Administrative Department of Statistics (DANE) in October 2023, the wage gap between men and women in Colombia is reflected in the fact that women are earning only 83.5% of what men earn on average. Against this backdrop, Oliva Rico, Director of Human Resources at EULEN Colombia, highlights the specific measures taken by the company to guarantee equality between men and women in the company, these measures can be taken as recommendations for any institution that seeks equality among its employees and collaborators.
