Downloadable from the www.bestwestern.com, the application can be easily installed to a personal computer. According to Dorothy Dowling, senior vice president of marketing and sales, Best Western is the first chain to bring its product directly to its customers' personal computers.
In the same vein are the recent introduction on its website of dynamic package options and custom navigation tools and virtual tours for its 2,400 properties in North America.
