Thank you, that's all I can say

Dear readers,

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you the best and most prosperous of the years in this 2011 that is just beginning. I hope the holidays have been one of unforgettable joy for you, your families and friends.

There is always the moment of pause, of change, of renewal and this time it is my turn. Today, after two years of editing this publication, I must say a short story until later and start a new path in another industry not without leaving behind, with nostalgia, every minute lived in this magazine, each exciting topic faced with the mere intention of becoming a valuable reference tool for the hotel manager.

In my place will be a professional who perhaps some of you already refer, because she has been in our team for a few years. Ana María Restrepo is the new editorial head of Latin Press and, consequently, of Hotel and Restaurant Management. Ana María arrives with a renewed air, new ideas and expectations that will most likely benefit our reader and this wonderful magazine.

Friends, I can only thank you for the time and patience dispensed, because every beginning is difficult. There is a lot of knowledge acquired and will become important both in this new path that I start and in the future ventures that I start.
