The National University of Colombia Headquarters Medellín, is pleased to invite you and the companies that your organization brings together to the Facility Management Week, aimed at professionals who are related to the management or coordination of services, directors or managers of real estate and general services, financial directors and facility managers interested in improving the management and optimization of service costs through this discipline.
During this cycle, as a result of the launch of the Colombia chapter of the International Association of Facility Management (IFMA), a specialized Workshop and workshop conferences will be held in the facilities of the Headquarters by the representatives of both Institutions.
Traditionally, infrastructure management only considered the facilities of the buildings, and was mainly associated with the maintenance service, the business organization models and the existing support needs were very different from the current ones; Facility Management (FM) supports the business organization in relation to the management and operation of its properties and all the services associated with them, without forgetting those others linked to the personnel of the organization.
The FM covers various areas of action, integrating people, spaces, management processes and appropriate technologies to achieve the aforementioned objective of supporting the business (the core business) while creating the best possible working conditions, optimizing costs.
We hope to have your entity in this day in which the advantages and strategies in the implementation of this discipline in companies as well as the global trends in infrastructure management will be known; David Martínez Orte, member of the IFMA FOUNDATION and IFMA Spain, will participate as the main speaker, professional with extensive experience and recognition in Spain and the world, and the Architect César Martínez, Business Development of ARCHIBUS INC. for Latin America, in charge of presenting the advantages of Archibus software in the administration and management of infrastructure.
The activity to be carried out on May 30 in two days from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, requires registration and has a value of $ 550,000, in which the following program will be developed:
