Colombia. The company Arpro S.A announced that it will inaugurate a new warehouse park under the name of Urban Logístico in the city of Bogotá. This project will be designed with a double purpose: solution of spaces for storage, logistics and / or industrial processes of low impact, as first use, and solution of offices of low cost, for administration, sales or back office, as second use.
According to Diego Lobo-Guerrero, project manager, the logistics park, which is in the commercialization stage through fiduciary rights, was created with the unified ownership structure aimed at investors looking for a safe investment of income. In this way you have versatility to serve in the tenant market.
Urban Logístico-Bodegas is located in the Fontibón Area, very close to El Dorado Airport, on Carrera 116, a road that connects Calle 13 with Avenida de la Esperanza, parallel to the airport runway. This allows easy access to the cargo area of the airport and very good connection with the entrance axes to Bogotá, from Medellín and Cali. In addition, it will have a leasable area of 9,351 M2 distributed in a total of 10 warehouses.
"Due to the scarcity of land, the supply of wineries has had to move to municipalities surrounding Bogotá, which makes the location of Urban Logístico privileged," says Lobo-Guerrero, noting that the set of wineries is within the city, offering size and specifications, in terms of height, differentiators in the segment, along with easy road access, proximity to El Dorado International Airport and dual purpose, as it allows to have warehouses and administrative offices in the same place.
The urban impact of the logistics park is accounted for by an exposed brick façade projecting a classic architecture, which contrasts with the technology involved in all the systems and networks that compose it.
