International. The Association of Real Estate Consultants (ACI) based in Spain, announced the incorporation into its ranks of the company BNP Paribas Real Estate, which joins other important real estate consultancies such as Aguirre Newman, JLL, CBRE and Knight Frank that already belong to the organization.
Since its creation in 2013 ACI has worked to promote the professional standards of the sector as well as to contribute to the economic and social progress of this profession, the incorporation of BNP Paribas Real Estate will contribute to strengthen that approach to work.
"The announcement we made is excellent news as one of the major players in the real estate consulting sector joins the association. At ACI we will continue working on achieving a more transparent, professional and secure real estate market thanks to the contribution of our five partners," said Ricardo Martí-Fluxá, president of ACI.
For Jesús Pérez, president of BNP Paribas Real Estate, the incorporation to ACI is "a recognition for the firm that, in this way, is among the five major consultants in the real estate sector". Pérez hopes that the entry into ACI will enhance his "commitment to transparency, security and the defense of traditional consulting."
