Peru. The investment made by Peruvian companies in the remodeling of their offices reaches US $ 600 per square meter, says Giorgio Dellepiane, manager of the corporate space design company Eddico, in an interview with the local media Gestión.
This US$600 includes investment in both the conceptualization of the spaces and the implementation of the same and the necessary equipment to make the adaptations a reality.
The executive also stressed that currently the main trends in terms of remodeling spaces are aimed at increasing the use of natural lighting, improving green areas and, of course, the movement towards open space designs and small meeting areas.
"Before an office was a reception space, a directory, some alternative meeting rooms, and a work pool and closed offices. Today, with some interventions in some places and the insertion of certain furniture, you can increase the meeting space in an office," Dellepiane explained.
