International. The real estate services company JLL announced the incorporation of Gema Garrido as Loan Management Director of the Debt Advisory department. Garrido's responsibilities include managing investor mandates, seeking financing in Spain and Portugal, as well as being in charge of the department's team of analysts and providing support to its commercial work.
Garrido holds a degree in Law and Business Administration, as well as an MBA from Antonio Nebrija University. Likewise, it is recognized for its long history in the sector and experience both nationally and internationally.
Prior to joining JLL, she worked at firms such as Credit Lyonnais, Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group and, most recently, as Director of the Loan Agency and Security Trustee at Agensynd.
Jorge Valenzuela, director of JLL's Debt Advisory department for Iberia, said in this regard that "the incorporation of Gema is a boost to a division that is becoming increasingly important within the company and that demonstrates the growing interest that this service has among our clients in particular, and in the market in general".
