Panama. The Panamanian Association of Facility Management, APAFAM, and the Meritorious Fire Department of the Republic of Panama, BCBRP, signed an important cooperation agreement with the intention of establishing mechanisms that establish activities, methods and dynamics necessary to develop educational events on topics that are of interest for the improvement of the performance of APAFAM and the population in general.
The Panamanian Association of Facility Management, APAFAM, is the national representative body of the Facility Management (FM) industry.
Among the agreements, APAFAM undertakes with the BCBRP to hold talks, workshops and specialization training in the areas of engineering and architecture related to infrastructure management.
For its part, the BCBRP is committed to participating in APAFAM events as instructors and trainers who are experts in the different basic emergency subjects, regulatory issues, among others.
On behalf of the BCBRP, the agreement was signed by the General Director, Colonel Jaime Villar and by APAFAM, Manuel Medina, President of the Board of Directors, signed.
