International. Javier Urbiola will take over from Joaquim Borrás in January as executive chairman of the ISS iberia services company, while Borrás will hold the positions of honorary president of the company, the advisory board and the ISS Foundation 'Una Sonrisa Más' for the next two years.
Urbiola, a graduate in economics with an MBA from the University of Houston and a PDG from IESE, joined the general services company in 2004 after it acquired the cleaning company Unica, and since 2009 he was corporate general director of operations of ISS Iberia.
ISS Iberia --a subsidiary of the Danish multinational ISS Facility Services-- offers catering, maintenance, security, auxiliary services, cleaning, gardening, Facility Management and IFS (Integrated Facility Services) with 36,000 employees in Spain and Portugal and a turnover of 627.6 million euros in 2015.
