Bolivia. Manzana 40 Plaza Empresarial, a building in which the BIM (Building Information Modeling) tool is worked, which minimizes errors in construction, aims to promote and group the business area of Equipetrol and the city in one place.
With its 260 offices (from 60 to 960 square meters), Manzana 40 Plaza Empresarial aims to turn around completely and revolutionize the construction of this country.
The Chilean architecture studio A4, which has developed projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, is in charge of carrying out Manzana 40.
The project is expected to be completed by mid-2019. For this reason, it was decided to work with the BIM (Building Information Modeling) tool, which minimizes errors in construction and will allow compliance with the times agreed with the client.
"In Manzana 40, knowledge of physical phenomena has been incorporated to apply energy support and structural efficiency, and therefore contribute to the spatial and aesthetic quality of the architecture," Sebastian Di Girolamo, architect of the project, told local media.
The project is composed of two identical towers of 30 floors each (in one there will be an executive hotel of the Camino Real Chain), 800 parking lots and a gastronomic boulevard.
