The panel is the backbone of Tyco's Interactive Security, the interactive security solution that allows you to add home automation systems to make your home a smarter and more connected place. This solution integrates a high security alarm with video and audio verification that allows you to control what happens at all times. It has a constant connection to the Tyco Alarm Receiving Center, providing a real and unprecedented level of security in a solution of this type, since it guarantees the control and attention by a highly professional team and connected 24 hours with the State security bodies and emergency services.
Tyco's CRA facilitates an immediate and effective response in the event of an incident. In addition, the communication between the customer's Smart Alarm Panel and the CRA allows Tyco to quickly detect communication failures of any of the elements of the system; very useful in cases of attempted inhibition or sabotage; in these cases the panel sends a radio frequency inhibition signal at the moment one of these signals is detected. In addition, it includes the Multipath Security Service that guarantees that all incidents will be attended by the CRA, even when the system is being sabotaged.

Tyco Alert is the exclusive security package that allows intelligent control of the system through an application for smartphone or tablet. It contains video detectors with day/night image capture, a keyboard with panic button, SOS and a coercion code. It has a central with LCD keyboard that records all events, as well as deterrent plates to put on the outside of the house.
Tyco View allows video streaming for live viewing of what happens at home or business. On-demand video recording and cloud storage. It also facilitates the automation of actions, for example the recording of video every day at a certain time when the children arrive, when the business opens, etc.
