International. Philips Lighting introduced the new Philips SlimBlend LED luminaire that responds to the trend in offices and other commercial buildings to use compact and energy-efficient lighting systems suitable for high ceilings.
CBRE Group, a marketing and investment company for real estate services, has been the first to install Philips SlimBlend LED luminaires to enhance one of the office spaces it manages in Madrid, with a uniform, stylized and future-proof lighting design.
The luminaires are designed for newly created spaces, as well as to renovate existing spaces by integrating them with the recently launched Philips InterAct Office system.
CBRE is the first customer to incorporate Philips SlimBlend LED luminaires. These will be installed in the 1,000 square meters of surface spread over three floors of one of the offices it manages in the Spanish capital. The design of Philips SlimBlend luminaires, combined with the high quality of light they emit, not only supports the commitment to people's well-being, but also makes it possible to coordinate lighting with natural light patterns.
Compatible with Philips PoE
These luminaires can be mounted recessed, suspended or on the surface and allow to recover the investment in three years thanks to the energy savings they entail. They incorporate Philips Lighting's Micro Optics technology, which reduces light at angles between 65° and 90°. In addition to offering a high-end look, this family of luminaires features a wide surface area of light that reduces glare.
Philips SlimBlend LED luminaires are now available in Europe and are suitable for shops, catering establishments and offices. They are compatible with Philips Power over Ethernet (PoE) and Philips SpaceWise systems, designed for newly created spaces, as well as for renovating existing spaces by integrating them with the recently launched Philips InterAct Office system.
