Peru. Grupo EULEN Peru celebrated its 15th anniversary of operations in the country. Through a luncheon, the company of Spanish origin met with its clients and personalities from the public sector in a space, where the work and contribution of the company was recognized, in the face of the labor and social growth of Peru.
This event was attended by María José Álvarez, Executive President of the EULEN Group; Juan Ramón Pérez Sancho, CEO of the EULEN Group; Andrés Möller, Deputy Director General for South America, and Rodrigo Yépez, General Manager of the EULEN Peru Group.
Also, among his outstanding guests were Ernesto de Zulueta Habsburgo-Lorena, Ambassador of Spain in Peru; Diego Mallado, EU Ambassador to Peru; Xavier Urios, General Manager of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, representatives of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation and executives of companies in the education, retail, financial sector, among others.
"The EULEN Group in Peru during these 15 years, more than offering services such as cleaning, private security, maintenance, recruitment, auxiliary services, facility management, among others, we care about generating opportunities for our employees, contributing to their work and personal growth. In the country the level of informality of employment reaches 75%, a situation that as a company we are in the duty to change. Formal employment improves the quality and condition of life of people and their families, this means that all our workers have access to fundamental labor rights and social security (gratuities, vacations, protection against unemployment, health insurance, pension system)," said María José Álvarez, Executive President of the EULEN Group.
Finally, the General Manager of the EULEN Group in Peru, Rodrigo Yépez, stressed that over the years, the company has grown and evolved thanks to the trust placed by its more than 300 customers and the hard work carried out every day by its more than 7,500 employees at national and local level. "We are proud to see that every day the company is growing, the road is not easy, but not impossible either. We remain at the forefront thanks to the quality of their work and the commitment of their workers and managers," he said.
