The project "Employment Trails" carried out by the Municipal Institute for Training and Employment of the City of Malaga (IMFE) in collaboration with the Municipal Institute for Economic Promotion, Training and Employment of the City of Ciudad Real (IMPEFE) has organized the free online courses "Management of renewable energy projects" and "Improvement of the energy efficiency of buildings".

The registration period ends on July 10 and each course lasts 300 hours.
This initiative, belonging to the "Empleaverde" Program promoted by the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environment, has as a priority objective to ensure that unemployed people improve their chances of labor insertion in economic sectors linked to the environment. It is a project co-financed by the European Social Fund.
The beneficiaries of these courses, which will be developed in on-line mode with a duration of 300 hours each, will be unemployed people, registered as jobseekers, who are linked to activities related to building and civil works, energy efficiency and renewable energies. In addition, priority will be given to women of any age, young people up to 35 years old and people over 45 years of age.
