The Siemens Smart Hotel solution aims to give employees a simple tool to manage all the functionalities of the establishment, through a single platform. The main objective of this innovative system is to improve the quality of service, safety, energy efficiency and, above all, improve comfort and customer experience.
Employees will have at their disposal a web platform, Hotel Manager, with which they can manage their functions in a more productive and simple way. This platform connects different applications for both plant and maintenance personnel:
- Smart Hotel is made up of several applications to improve employee efficiency.
- AppReception: focused on reception staff, who can manage online the allocation of rooms through QR codes, as well as check-in and check-out. They will also be able to manage common areas such as the gym or meeting rooms.
- AppService: intended for cleaning services. The user will have the updated status of the rooms to better manage their work. You will have the possibility to notify reception when the rooms are ready.
- AppMaintained: the staff of technicians and operators, will carry out the maintenance of the facilities with Bluetooth technology.
- DesigoTM CC (control center): from this application you will have access and monitor all the information regarding energy consumption, services to customers; and know the operational needs as well as the performance of the hotel.

Smart Hotel guarantees security throughout the enclosure, including those areas most likely to be violated. Its fire control system prevents false alarms to ensure the peace of mind of guests and, in real case of fire, proceeds to extinguish it. In an evacuation, the application integrates an alarm system and public address system, in several languages, to give the warning of danger.
