Costa Rica. TecnoEdificios 2020 will be held for the first time in the city of San José, on July 22 and 23 at the Costa Rica Convention Center.
In this 2019 TecnoEdificios was held in the city of Miami (where it will return in 2021), where it shared the premises with RefriAméricas, the fair specialized in air conditioning and refrigeration. For this 2020, after different studies, the organization made the decision to enter a market with a high potential within the sector of administration and building technologies.
Sandra Camacho, project manager of TecnoEdificios, commented: "The expectation for Tecnoedificios in Costa Rica is to bring together companies and solutions for the best use and maintenance of any building, with issues as important as energy saving, sustainability and maintenance with ecological products, and thus have the presence of the best exponents of these issues to raise awareness in the attendees to implement these technological solutions and sustainable in the different spaces in which they operate, thereby generating a greater economic, social and environmental impact on their communities".
On the solutions that visitors will know at the event, Sandra added that "attendees at Tecnoedificios 2020 will be able to find the latest news and management systems in the different conferences offered regarding the design, operation, planning and maintenance of sustainable and intelligent buildings; they will also observe the latest technologies, and products that will currently help the Facility Manager to have a more efficient building, such as management systems (BMS), which can simplify the integration of systems in any type of building, whether in shopping centers, commercial buildings, housing, airports, etc.".
In Costa Rica, TecnoEdificios will also offer a series of differential activities such as keynote speeches, guided tours, and the already recognized Facility Manager of the Year Award.0
