"The appointment will be at the Intercontinental Hotel, San Jose. We chose this venue because it is an exclusive area for business and commerce, located near important corporate centers, shopping centers, hotels and entertainment," says Hernán Freer, managing partner of INversión INmobiliaria Magazine and organizer of CRET 2022.
"Costa Rica is undoubtedly the benchmark country in the region in innovation in a large part of the contents of the event," adds Débora Rosenberg, co-director of Coworkers Latam, the company in charge of the operational part of CRET 2022. "The Costa Rican nation is a hub of large multinational companies with important corporate centers of offices and industrial parks, which facilitates the participation of recognized companies and decision makers," he says.
Top-notch content and panelists
The innovative proposal brought by the CRET 2022 will put in the same panel the actors that participate in the supply and demand of the sector, who will focus on the five main segments of commercial real estate or Commercial Real Estate (CRE): Logistics, Retail & Shopping Centers, Offices, Industrial and Hospitality. In addition, they will address complementary contents such as: 1. Alternative finance: raising capital in international markets 2. Residential and housing: mini-cities are strengthened by the new urban planning rules.
"Within the Commercial Real Estate sector, this event is a communication channel to share trends, applications and experiences that can be taken by the different actors in the industry," says Mauricio Gómez, Corporate Services Manager of Intel Costa Rica, one of the guest speakers.

During the two days of conferences and workshops, the presence of the entire value chain is expected, from professionals linked to the design of the m2, to the tenants or users who will make use of them: suppliers of products and services related to retail, offices, industrial parks, logistics and hospitality, investors linked to the sector, developers, consultants, among others.
Likewise, the organizers will generate networking spaces so that the reunion in a face-to-face event is a great added value for the participants. So far, this face-to-face edition plans to receive about 400 industry professionals.
A tool of great value
The 2nd. Edition of the Commercial Real Estate Trends is also seen as a valuable tool to position new corporate real estate projects, reposition projects in operation, provide flexible space solutions, among other suppliers within the value chain. For organizers, participating in the CRET is an essential point of contact and a moment of reconnection with potential customers, allowing brands or projects to create a positive experience.

"An activity like CRET allows the companies that make up the real estate business ecosystem to meet to hear and meet first-hand experts from different branches of the industry about the trends and expectations for this year that has just begun. The Real Estate Development Council (CODI) is a proactive entity that supports any value proposition that promotes a healthy business environment for the sector, therefore, being present at this event aligns with our strategic objectives and in a complementary way fosters strategic alliances that benefit us as an institution and by extension our associates", Verónica Alfaro, executive director of CODI, an association that participates as a Partner in cret 2022, points out.
