Accor launches its "all Seasons" brand in Spain
Accor has announced the launch of its all Seasons brand, with the opening of its first hotel on December 1, 2010. This is the current El Prado hotel, owned by Antonio Pérez Gil, which will begin operating from that date and under a franchise regime as "all Seasons Madrid Prado".
The establishment has a strategic location, in the heart of Madrid, a few steps from the Prado, Thyssen-Bornemisza and Reina Sofía museums and the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía and near the Atocha Renfe-AVE Station.
The hotel has 48 rooms (all with air conditioning and flat screen TV) and offers excellent value for money. The theme of its decoration revolves around the It is themed around the Denominations of Origin of Wines in Spain. Over the next few months and progressively so as not to alter its operation, the hotel will undergo a redecoration process to adapt to the "all Seasons" brand.
