Panama. As usual, the academic program will be one of the main attractions of the TecnoEdificios congress and commercial exhibition, so the organization of the event brought together an advisory group composed of four industry experts who will be in charge of guiding the formulation of the conference program of the Congress.
The specialized event for professionals in the management and operation of buildings will reach its fifth version this year and for the first time will be held in Panama City. Given this scenario, TecnoEdificios hopes to offer this new market a conference agenda with the highest quality.
The four professionals who joined the Academic Committee to help in this work are:
Carlos Erasmo Leyton, architect of the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, belonged to the real estate and general services team of IBM in Colombia and Latin America participating in the development of facilities management services from all its edges. He currently serves as manager of the company Facilite Group S.A.S. and is Secretary of the Colombian Association of Facility Management – ACFM.
David Martínez, Director of the Facility Management consulting services company FMHOUSE. He has worked in various positions in Europe always related to FM, from service delivery to strategic consulting. Academic director of the postgraduate course in Facility Management at the Polytechnic University of Madrid since 2009. In addition, he is the vice president and head of the education committee for IFMA Spain.
Alfredo Alzamora, is an Electromechanical Engineer and MBA in International Business. He has extensive experience in areas of engineering and engineering business administration. He is currently in charge of process improvement and strategic planning of companies. Engineer specialized in HVAC, energy efficiency and sustainable constructions. VP/Business Development Manager - LEED AP for Canal Air.
Maia Leclerc, the Project Coordinator of Milepost Consulting, holds a master's degree in Urban Studies from the Institut National de Recherche Scientifique (Canada). As project manager of Milepost Consulting, he has participated in numerous projects such as the creation of energy efficiency assessment materials, communication material on adaptation to climate change and sustainability reports for corporate clients and associations.
TecnoEdificios 2015 will be held on June 4 and 5 at the Hotel El Panama, Panama.
